Laura Baehny

Journalist

Although I am Swiss, I tend to hear that I am very Aussie, as I lived in Sydney for over five years.

Driven by a keen interest in current affairs, the environment, and sports, I have developed an instinct for finding original news angles and a strong understanding of how to draft copy to connect with defined audience communities.

Having the ability to speak four languages (English, German, French, Spanish), I have a rich understanding of several European cultures and of the multi-faceted ‘European lifestyle’, and the ability to embed it in the media sphere.

In the working environment, I aim to bring a confident, articulate, and professional approach, alongside creativity and fresh thinking.
